Puppy Guarantee

Guarantee

1. This Alaskan Malamute is purebred and pedigree is correct and accompanies this contract.

2. This Alaskan Malamute is/will be registered with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) and microchipped accordingly.

3. This Alaskan Malamute has an unconditional health guarantee from date of sale for three days and should be examined by licensed veterinarian at the expense of the buyer within a 3 day period for full refund due to illness. Please read the back with regard to genetic defects, assessment and certification.

4. The puppy has been dewormed at least once and has been started on an immunization program with a veterinarian (see accompanying health record).

5. It is the responsibility of the buyer to complete the immunization program with their veterinarian.

6. (a) A Canadian Kennel Club non-breeding agreement will be part of the guarantee of this Alaskan Malamute. Contravening this agreement will bring the buyer under the CKC for investigation and possible penalties.

(b) The CKC non-breeding agreement may be lifted by the breeder at a future date depending upon resulting quality of the animal, possible show record, and OFA results. An additional fee of 75% is to be paid by buyer to the seller to remove the non-breeding agreement.

7. This Alaskan Malamute is not to be sold for resale or given away. If, for any reason, the buyer cannot keep this dog, the buyer MUST return the dog to the breeder ‘no strings attached’ and free of any compensation.

8. This contract is NOT transferable unless agreed to by seller in writing.
